Long Tube Headers 5.8L ArmorCoat

The Pacesetter 72C2223 is a long tube header set engineered to enhance exhaust flow and performance for 1980-1996 Ford F150, F250, and Bronco models equipped with the 5.8L (351W) engine, compatible with both 2WD and 4WD configurations. These headers are constructed from 16-gauge carbon steel with mandrel-bent tubing to optimize scavenging and performance gains. They feature CNC-machined 3/8-inch thick steel flanges that are port-matched for an improved seal. The exterior is finished in ArmorCoat metallic ceramic coating, which provides a silver appearance while offering thermal management and corrosion resistance. The set includes a 3-inch collector and comes with the necessary gaskets and fasteners required for installation. The design also incorporates oxygen sensor fittings to support factory engine management systems. Please note that these headers are not street legal. The package includes reducers to accommodate a 2.5-inch exhaust system. This part has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer in production.
