The American Racing Headers long tube headers are precision-engineered to enhance performance for Chrysler 300C, Dodge Charger, and Magnum SRT8 models equipped with 6.1L SRT8 or 6.4L 392 engines, spanning model years 2006 through 2024. These headers are constructed from 100% U.S.-sourced 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. Key features include 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a secure, warp-free seal, hand-ported TIG-welded inlets for optimal flow, and merge collectors with scavenger spikes designed to maximize exhaust scavenging. These systems are built to support a wide range of power levels, from stock configurations to builds exceeding 1000 RWHP. They are available in multiple primary tube sizes (1 3/4", 1 7/8", and 2") and can be configured with or without 200-cell metallic substrate catalytic converters for extreme durability.
