Overview

The Kooks Custom Headers 11322400 is a set of long tube headers designed for the 2007-2010 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500. Constructed from 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, these headers feature 1-7/8-inch mandrel-bent primaries and 3/8-inch thick laser-cut flanges.

These headers include an EGR fitting and come with a pair of 12-inch O2 sensor extensions. They are designed with an oval port type and a stock bolt pattern. For proper installation and exhaust connection, these headers must be used with Kooks X-Pipe or H-Pipe.

The Kooks Custom Headers 11322400 are long tube headers specifically engineered for the 2007-2010 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 equipped with the 5.4L 4V engine. Constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel with 1 7/8" primary tubes and a 3" collector, these headers are designed to maximize exhaust flow and performance. Kooks claims gains of over 60 horsepower and 50 foot-pounds of torque to the rear tires with their systems. The kit comes complete with O2 extensions, gaskets, and all installation hardware. However, these headers must be used in conjunction with Kooks X-Pipe or H-Pipe. It is important to note that these products are not street legal in California and do not meet CARB compliance. Additionally, one source explicitly states this is a RACE ONLY product manufactured and sold for installation on vehicles to be used solely for competition purposes.
