Long Tube Headers, Silver Ceramic Coated

These headers feature cyclical welds to prevent distortion and heavy-duty 5/16-inch machined flanges to eliminate leaks. A polished, metallic-ceramic thermal barrier coating is applied, which not only enhances the headers' service life by controlling underhood temperatures and resisting thermal fatigue and corrosion, but also provides a striking visual appeal. Unlike factory header paint, this coating offers superior longevity. These long tube, one-piece headers are designed for a specific application: 1968-1987 Chevy and GMC vehicles equipped with a Big Block engine and RWD. They are constructed with 1.75-inch primary tubes and a 3.00-inch collector, and include 3-bolt flange collectors with reducers. Bolts and gaskets are provided for installation. Proper fitment requires the use of big block style motor mounts and frame stands.
