The RV6 Performance Long Tube J-Pipe is an exhaust upgrade engineered to enhance performance for J-series Honda V6 engines. It addresses the limitations of the factory J-pipe by implementing full-length runners and a carefully timed, gradual merge that optimizes exhaust scavenging. This design promotes gains throughout the entire RPM range, effectively eliminating the factory bottleneck and allowing other modifications to perform more efficiently. Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, the J-pipe includes tubing, flanges, flex pipes, hangers, and brackets. The TIG welding and back-purging ensure clean internal welds, while the triple-lined interlock flex pipes are built to withstand demanding heat cycles and engine movement, making it suitable for daily-driven vehicles. This robust construction prevents premature cracking or rust. All mounting points align with the factory exhaust system, eliminating the need for cutting, welding, or fabrication. With basic tools and a lift, the installation can typically be completed in an afternoon.
