The BluePrint Engines Pro Series 815 HP Long Block GM 632 Big-Block Crate Engine is a high-performance engine designed for serious enthusiasts. It boasts an impressive 815 horsepower and 775 ft. lbs. of torque with an 11.0:1 compression ratio. This engine features BluePrint Engines aluminum heads, hydraulic roller cam, forged crank, and forged pistons. The block is a high-strength cast iron block, manufactured and machined in the USA, featuring a tall deck (approx. 0.400 inches taller/wider than OEM) with a 1-piece rear main seal, 4-bolt mains, and a 4.600-inch bore. The rotating assembly includes a BluePrint forged crankshaft with a 4.750-inch stroke, forged H-beam 6.635-inch connecting rods, and forged pistons, all internally balanced. The cylinder heads are BluePrint aluminum PS8012 with 119cc chambers, 2.30-inch intake/1.88-inch exhaust valves, and 358cc intake/125cc exhaust runners, featuring a 0.300-inch raised exhaust port vs. an OEM casting. The hydraulic roller cam specs are 0.698-inch intake/0.698-inch exhaust lift, 272 intake/282 exhaust duration @ 0.050, and 110-degree lobe separation. The engine also includes a harmonic balancer, timing cover, valve covers, and oil pan. It's important to note that this engine is not for use in pollution-controlled vehicles and requires verification of clearance for exhaust, shift linkage, and steering components due to its raised exhaust ports and increased deck height. Each engine is dyno tested and certified before shipment, and BluePrint Engines offers a standard 30-month or 50,000-mile transferable warranty.
