The Schnitz Racing Low-Profile 7" Radiator Fan is designed to keep engines cool in demanding conditions. This fan features 10 curved blades and moves up to 1100 CFM, offering greater airflow than many stock fans. Its injection-molded plastic blades are reversible for adjustable airflow direction.

The Schnitz Racing Low-Profile 7" Radiator Fan is engineered to maintain optimal engine temperatures for a wide range of applications, from stock motors to high-performance hot rods operating in heavy traffic or competition. This fan boasts 10 curved, injection-molded plastic blades housed within a 7.5-inch wingspan, capable of propelling up to 1100 cubic feet per minute of air. The blades are reversible, allowing for adjustment of airflow direction. With a slim profile of only 2.5 inches thick, an overall width of 8.25 inches, and a weight of just 1.8 lbs, it is suitable for primary cooling, as a secondary fan to supplement existing cooling, or for custom radiator applications. Notably, it works well on the ZX-14 (06-11) and Hayabusa (99-07) as a secondary fan. The fan operates on 12- to 15-volt power supplies, drawing a minimal 3 amps. It can be configured for automatic activation via a thermostat or manual control for continuous airflow. Efficient cooling is critical for consistent horsepower and engine longevity. This fan helps prevent overheating during low-airflow scenarios, potentially increasing fuel mileage. For wiring, it can be integrated with stock fan wiring by connecting the black wire to ground and the blue wire to the +12v wire, with a recommendation to increase the radiator fan fuse by 5 amps. It is important to note that this is a universal fan and not bike-specific; checking for proper clearance before ordering is advised.
