The Quik-Latch QL-50-LP/BP low-profile hood pin kit offers a sleek, premium aesthetic for your vehicle's build, moving beyond the typical appearance of traditional hood pins. Manufactured in the USA from durable T6 aluminum, they are built to withstand the elements and are backed by a lifetime corrosion warranty. The QL-50-LP/BP series hood pins have a 2.50" upper latch mechanism diameter and can withstand a pulling force of up to 700 LBS. This kit is also noted as factory equipment on the 2020+ GT500, attesting to its quality and integration. The kit includes all necessary hardware for installation, such as two latch mechanisms, two retaining rings, nuts, washers, mounting pins, and set screws, along with instructions. Unlike average hood pins that can rust or have lanyards that scratch paint, these Quik-Latch hood pins offer a solution that preserves the integrity and finish of your vehicle's exterior while providing reliable security.
