The GForce GF-80S1200-E is a low stall torque converter specifically designed for early 4L80E transmissions, making it an essential component for Cummins or performance engine swaps. Key features of this torque converter include a 2.00-inch impeller hub, a full-size design with lock-up capability, and an oversized carbon fiber clutch. It offers an approximate 1200 RPM stall speed and is rated to handle up to 600 horsepower. The converter is a performance remanufactured unit with an OEM stamped cover. To maximize the performance of a GM 4L80E transmission when paired with a Cummins diesel engine, this torque converter should be installed alongside a transmission shift controller of your choice. Even if the full strength capacity of the converter is not required, its low stall characteristic is beneficial. This GForce torque converter has a black powder-coated finish and is made to order, with lead times that can extend up to two weeks. Please note that this item is not eligible for discounts.
