The Mishimoto Nissan 350Z racing thermostat is engineered to promote greater cooling efficiency throughout your engine, especially beneficial for modified vehicles and upgraded turbo applications that produce higher engine temperatures. This performance thermostat activates at a lower temperature than the stock unit. Once the engine reaches its fully warmed-up state, the Mishimoto racing thermostat opens earlier, allowing coolant to circulate through the system sooner. This proactive flow helps to significantly reduce and maintain cooler engine operating temperatures, preventing overheating. Installation difficulty for this thermostat is rated as medium.
