The Powerflex PFF5-1821 is a polyurethane lower engine mount large bushing insert for MINI Countryman R60 and Paceman R61 4WD models. This component serves as an insert that fits into the existing factory rubber mount to reduce unwanted engine movement.

The Powerflex PFF5-1821 is a polyurethane lower engine mount large bushing insert designed to replace the movement-prone original rubber bushings in MINI R60 Countryman and R61 Paceman 4WD vehicles. By filling the void in the factory mount, this insert provides a firmer foundation that minimizes engine deflection under load. This component is an insert-style bushing that must be installed into the original rubber mount bracket. Use of Powerflex Copper Grease (PCG1) is recommended during installation to ensure smooth operation, and periodic reapplication is advised for long-term squeak-free service life. This part is exclusively compatible with 4WD models; it does not fit 2WD versions of the MINI R60 or R61. Please note that this is an insert for the original rubber bush and is not a complete replacement bushing (for a full replacement, use PFF5-1820). The product is available in both Street and Black Series versions to suit different driving requirements, from daily street use to occasional track or autocross participation.
