The Total Chaos Fabrication Lower Uniball Conversion is a front suspension component designed to upgrade factory ball joints. It is constructed from CNC machined AISI 1018 billet steel.

Constructed from CNC machined AISI 1018 billet steel, this component features built-in locating pins and a registering center ring that locks into the spindle, reducing the shear load on mounting hardware. Its design aims to decrease bump steer and improve steering geometry for better performance off-road. This conversion is a 100% bolt-on solution and is fully rebuildable. It includes lower control arm tapered adapters and bolts to stock Toyota LCA's or Total Chaos lower control arms. Double shear tie rod tabs are pre-welded with an inner spread of 2.125 inches. It is designed for use with the Total Chaos heim steering upgrade (PT# 96085-OE or 96099), which requires a 7/8" heim, 5/8" bolt, and misalignment spacers to fit the tab spacing. The conversion is finished with a black Cerakote coating for maximum corrosion resistance, and mounting hardware is included. Important considerations: This product DOES NOT FIT 2000-2003 Tundras. It cannot be installed with factory outer tie rods. These lower uniball conversions are intended for vehicles with 2"-3" of suspension lift; installing them with more or less lift may lead to alignment issues. Furthermore, Total Chaos aftermarket parts are engineered around factory chassis designs. Combining them with other brands' aftermarket equipment may cause fitment conflicts, alter geometry unexpectedly, lead to alignment problems, cause component contact, or result in accelerated wear.
