Lowering Kit with Grade 8 & Stainless Steel Bolts

The kit achieves approximately a one-inch drop in the rear and over 1.5 inches in the front, contributing to a lower center of gravity for reduced body roll and improved handling and cornering. The rear components feature Grade 8 hardware paired with new polyurethane bushings, essential for a correct installation as the factory bushings are often aged and brittle. The front bolts are constructed from 100% stainless steel and are articulated for smooth suspension travel, complemented by Delrin foot pads for optimal performance. This design emphasizes durability, proper suspension articulation, and quiet operation, surpassing other available options. This kit directly replaces the two rear spring end bolts and bushings, along with the two front spring retainer bolts on your 1997-2004 Corvette. It is important to note that the VMS C5 Corvette Lowering Kit is not compatible with Corvettes equipped with the F45 or Selective Real Time Dampening systems. Additionally, ensure you source new rear bushings as they are required for a proper installation and the original ones may no longer be serviceable.
