The H&R Lowering Springs are premium performance components designed to enhance the driving dynamics and appearance of your Mercedes-Benz C-Class W205 sedan. Engineered in Germany, these springs offer a discreet lowering of the vehicle's center of gravity, resulting in improved handling and cornering stability while maintaining standard ride comfort. The progressive spring rate is precisely tuned to work seamlessly with original shock absorbers, as well as electronically controlled shock absorbers or active suspensions. Constructed from hardened and tempered spring steel, these springs are built for durability and longevity. They feature a weather-resistant surface protection achieved through zinc phosphating and powder coating, typically in the signature H&R Blue. This product comes with ABE certification (valid in Germany) or part approval, ensuring compliance and safety standards. This specific part number, 28811-1, is designed for Mercedes C-Class W205 Sedan models from 2014 onwards, specifically 2WD petrol variants equipped with either standard or sport suspension. The estimated lowering amounts are approximately 45mm at the front and 35mm at the rear. Installation is straightforward and generally requires no modifications.
