The CTS Turbo BMW G80 M3/M3 Competition Lowering Springs offer a significant upgrade for enthusiasts seeking improved aesthetics and performance. Crafted from premium SAE 9254/DIN 54SiCr6 Spring Steel Wire, these springs are built for durability and consistent performance over time. Engineered with street performance in mind, these springs focus on enhancing handling, braking, and overall responsiveness. CTS Turbo's in-house development and testing have ensured that the springs provide these benefits without sacrificing ride quality, maintaining a comfortable experience for daily drivability. The company's testing also confirmed no detrimental effect on the OEM struts, assuring long-term reliability. Visually, the lowering springs reduce the unsightly wheel gap, contributing to a more aggressive stance and a "flush" look. The springs provide an average lowering of 1.4 inches in the front and 1.0 inch in the rear. These springs are compatible with the factory Adaptive M suspension (DDC) and fit both rear-wheel drive and x-Drive models. It is important to note that CTS suspension components should only be installed by a qualified licensed mechanic experienced in suspension component installation. The final ride height will be achieved after a few days of driving.
