Description

These springs are designed with two primary characteristics: a redesigned lowering ride height to maximize suspension performance, allowing the vehicle to fully absorb road conditions for maximum traction, and an increased spring rate to enhance cornering speed through entry and exit. The increase in spring rate is optimized to work with the vehicle's factory stock valving settings, ensuring the stock shocks can handle the upgraded rate, though higher performance shocks are recommended for optimal performance. The SPEC-R springs utilize the same engineering principles as Swift's sports springs, offering stiffer rates and a slight change in ride height. The front and rear springs will each lower the vehicle by 1.0 inch. This lowering effect contributes to improved traction and aerodynamics. The spring rates are specified at 4.5 kg for the front and 5.0 kg for the rear. These springs are specifically designed for the 2014-2018 Ford Focus ST models.
