The Texas Speed & Performance LS 1.72:1 Roller Rocker Arm Kit is a valvetrain upgrade for Gen 3 and Gen 4 LS engines with cathedral port heads. These steel rocker arms feature integrated roller tips, providing increased strength and reduced friction.

Designed as a bolt-on solution using factory pedestals, this kit balances durability and lightweight performance. It comes pre-assembled with the TSP trunnion upgrade kit installed for smooth operation and reliability. The 1.72:1 ratio improves valve lift and airflow for enhanced engine performance.

These rocker arms are constructed from durable steel and feature integrated roller tips. This design offers increased strength over factory rockers while simultaneously reducing friction and wear at the valve tip. Engineered as a true bolt-on solution, these rockers utilize factory rocker arm pedestals for straightforward installation. They strike an ideal balance between robustness and a lightweight valvetrain design, which helps preserve RPM capability and stability. Each set includes the TSP trunnion upgrade kit, which features upgraded bearings for smoother operation, improved oiling, and a longer service life compared to standard needle bearings. The 1.72:1 ratio provides a performance upgrade by increasing valve lift and airflow, leading to enhanced overall engine performance. Important Installation Notes: Pushrod length will need to be changed when installing these rocker arms. A recommended pushrod length is approximately .175" shorter than your current setup. Always verify correct pushrod length during installation to ensure proper valvetrain geometry.
