LS 383 SHRT BLK DISH 24T

This short block is designed for performance applications with a GM LM7 5.3L (Iron LS1 / LS6) block, a 383 cubic inch displacement, and a year range of 1999-2007. It features a Manley 4340 forged 24 tooth crankshaft, Scat premium pro 4340 I beam rods, and Wiseco 2618 forged -15cc dished moly skirt coated pistons. Compression ratios vary between 9.5:1 and 9.9:1 depending on cylinder head volume. Recommended components include an internal balance balancer and flex plate/flywheel, a .051” head gasket, and a Melling #10295 oil pump.
