LS Engine Mounts

The Dirty Dingo DD-2500C LS Truck Adjustable Engine Mounts are precision CNC laser cut from .250 thick 1050 High Carbon cold-rolled steel. This patented design allows for the installation of 1997-2013 Gen III/IV LS series engines into older GM muscle cars and trucks. The slotted design provides significant adjustment, enabling engine placement up to 2 1/2 inches forward or 1/2 inch rearward from the stock bell housing position, ensuring proper fitment within the engine compartment. They are compatible with a wide range of transmissions, including TH350, TH400, TH700R4, 4L60E, 4L65E, and 4L80, as well as other standard and automatic configurations. The kit includes Grade-8 zinc coated hardware with a new cross bolt for secure installation. They will clear low mount A/C systems by mounting against the bracket, but this also limits the engine's rearward movement. They are not compatible with Corvette or Camaro-GTO low mount A/C systems. Low mount alternators are also generally cleared, though adjustment may be restricted. LS truck oil pans are cleared without requiring a special oil pan for factory steering or frame clearance; however, for lowered trucks, a 98-02 Camaro oil pan is recommended. Importantly, these mounts will not fit DART aftermarket blocks.
