The G Force GF-LS944-EXH is a premium exhaust system engineered for Porsche 944 models from 1982-1991, specifically when equipped with Gen 3 and 4 LS engines. This system features 1-7/8" long tube headers crafted from 321 stainless steel, a material known for its enhanced resistance to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion, outperforming 304 stainless steel in durability. The kit includes a full stainless steel exhaust with a performance muffler and polished tips. A critical component required for installation, though not included, is a starter from a 2014 or newer LT engine (AC Delco Part number 12691976) due to tight tolerances. Additionally, these headers are specifically designed to integrate with the G Force 944 LS Swap kit and their fitment is not guaranteed with other manufacturers' kits. For those seeking a more comprehensive solution, G Force offers the GF-LS944-KIT, a complete swap kit that includes this exhaust system and headers, at a $600 savings. The Porsche 944 LS Engine Swap Kit is also available separately as GF-LS944-SWAPKIT. G Force also provides a Porsche 944 BMW Hydroboost Adapter (GF-PBP1) as a complementary part.
