The Johnson 2110-K is a set of drop-in hydraulic roller lifters designed for all LS engines. They feature a precise outside diameter of .8422" ± .0002, ensuring proper lifter-to-bore oiling clearance.

These lifters are a true drop-in replacement, utilizing factory-style lifter trays and eliminating the need for link-bar lifters. They are built with cold-forged steel bodies and heat treatment for wear resistance, and include a high-flow, quick-reacting disc-style check valve for improved hydraulic response.

The Johnson 2110-K Drop-In Hydraulic Roller Lifter Set is a precision valvetrain component engineered for LS and LT engines. These lifters are genuine Johnson 2110-K units, precision ground to a Katech specification of .8422" ± .0002 on the outside diameter. This custom sizing is critical for achieving optimal lifter-to-bore oiling clearance within OEM engine blocks, ensuring controlled oil flow and stable oil pressure behavior in performance applications. The 2110-K lifters are designed as a true drop-in component, working with factory-style lifter trays and eliminating the need for more complex link-bar lifters. They feature an extra-long piston for predictable leakdown characteristics and consistent lash control. A high-flow, disc-style check valve enhances hydraulic response at high RPM, while precision oil metering ensures adequate lubrication to the rocker arms. Constructed from cold-forged steel with heat treatment, these lifters offer exceptional wear resistance. They are suitable for LS and LT performance street engines, as well as road racing, endurance racing, and drag racing builds that utilize non-AFM/DOD valvetrain layouts and OEM-style lifter trays. Installation requires verification of valvetrain geometry, spring pressure, and proper preload settings for optimal function and durability.
