Description

The Speed Engineering LS Swap headers are specifically engineered for 1982-1992 Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird (F-Body) vehicles with GM LSx engine swaps. Crafted from premium 304 stainless steel, these long tube headers offer a combination of great quality, performance gains, and affordability. They feature precise mandrel-bent tubing and are expertly tig-welded for durability and optimal exhaust flow. The natural stainless steel finish provides a clean aesthetic. Key specifications include 1-7/8" primary tube diameter and a 3" collector diameter, designed to maximize exhaust scavenging. These headers are explicitly for LS series engine swaps and will not work with standard SBC or BBC engines. Additionally, if a larger 4L80E or older Turbo 350/400 transmission is used, the bellhousing ear may require trimming for proper clearance.
