Overview

The ISR Performance LS swap mounts are engine and transmission mounts designed to fit RWD LS-based engines into BMW E36 6-cylinder sedan, coupe, or convertible chassis. These mounts utilize urethane bushings to dampen engine vibration for daily or track use.

The kit features a small base mount pedestal and separate mount bracket to allow for pivoting, which facilitates easier installation and improved fitment to the subframe.

The ISR Performance LS swap mounts provide a solution for installing Gen III and IV Chevrolet Small Block V8 engines paired with F-Body T56 transmissions into BMW E36 6-cylinder chassis. The kit includes left and right motor mounts, a transmission mount with bushing, and a comprehensive hardware kit. The two-piece design, utilizing a base pedestal and a separate bracket, allows for necessary pivoting to ensure precise alignment during subframe installation. Please note specific compatibility requirements: this kit has only been tested on LHD USDM 6-cylinder chassis. Compatibility with European or 4-cylinder chassis cannot be confirmed. Additionally, proper fitment requires the user to either move the OEM ABS pump or delete it entirely. This product is intended for competition vehicles that are not used on public streets or highways.
