The LOJ Conversions 350Z / G35 LS Swap Headers are meticulously crafted by Kooks using 100% USA-sourced T304 aircraft-quality stainless steel. Each header features mandrel-bent 1.875-inch ID primaries that transition into 3-inch collectors designed with internal scavenging spikes to maximize performance. The 3/8-inch thick flanges are laser-cut and machined flat after TIG welding, with internal port surfaces hand-ground to ensure maximum flow. These headers are engineered specifically for the 350Z and G35 engine bay and are designed to integrate seamlessly with LOJ Conversions' LS Engine Swap Kits, requiring absolutely no modifications for installation when used with their kits. New gaskets and bolts for cylinder head attachment are included. **Important Fitment Note for 2006 350Z Owners:** The 2006 350Z features a unique steering rack design with hard lines that interfere with the driver's side header primary. This interference is specific to the 2006 model year due to its speed-sensitive variable assist power steering system. To install these headers on a 2006 350Z, modifications to these lines or a swap to a different steering rack are necessary. Options include switching to a 2003-2005 rack to delete the variable assist system, or using a 2007+ rack while retaining the system.
