The Bluegrass Performance BPPDVST is an LS valve spring compressor tool engineered for GM Gen III and Gen IV LS-type engines, excluding the LS7. This tool allows for the removal of one or two valve springs at a time without needing to remove the rocker stand or disturb other rocker arms.

It allows users to remove one or two valve springs at a time without removing the rocker stand or disturbing other rocker arms, significantly saving time during cam and spring upgrades. This compressor is versatile, capable of working with cylinder heads installed directly in the vehicle or removed and placed on a workbench, offering maximum flexibility for engine builders. Constructed from durable 3/8" steel and precision CNC machined, this tool includes Grade 8 bolts and nuts for enhanced durability. Its compact and simple design ensures access in tight engine bays where many traditional tools cannot reach. The BPPDVST is an essential tool for anyone performing cam swaps, valvetrain upgrades, or general LS engine maintenance. Important compatibility notes: This tool is not compatible with LS7 engines. Key fitments include GM Gen III LS engines (LS1, LS6, LM7, LQ4, LQ9, etc.) and GM Gen IV LS engines (LS2, LS3, L76, L92, LY6, etc.).
