LS1/LS2 Stage 2 V2 Hydraulic Roller Camshaft

The Brian Tooley Racing (BTR) LS1/LS2 Stage 2 V2 Camshaft is engineered for Gen III/IV LS naturally aspirated engines, featuring a hydraulic roller design. With specifications of 221/24x duration, .624"/.636" lift, and a 112 LSA, this camshaft aims to enhance performance beyond the Stage 1 variant. Developed and ground in-house with advanced BTR lobes, it offers a moderate idle for daily drivability while significantly boosting midrange and top-end power. BTR's new lobe designs have undergone Spintron and Engine Dyno testing to achieve an optimized power curve while upholding strict valvetrain stability and durability standards. This camshaft is designed to deliver substantial performance improvements, including over a 16% peak horsepower gain compared to the factory LS2 camshaft. An aftermarket torque converter stall is recommended to fully harness its potential. Installation of this camshaft requires specific components to ensure optimal performance and reliability. It necessitates the use of BTR's .660" Lift Platinum spring kit with titanium retainers and hardened pushrods. The product is legal for sale and use in all 50 states, as it does not require an EO in California. It is a three-bolt pattern camshaft.
