The Comp Cams 54-426-11 XFI RPM HI-LIFT camshaft is a hydraulic roller cam designed for 1997-2015 GM LS Gen III/IV 3-Bolt 8 cylinder engines. It is suitable for street/strip applications, providing strong midrange and high RPM power. Computer modifications are required for installation.
