LS2 Fuel Line and Rail Kit

The Racetronix FLK-C6-LS2 Fuel Line and Rail Kit is engineered for 2005-2007 Corvette C6 models equipped with the LS2 engine and a top-loaded fuel pump module. This comprehensive kit replaces factory lines and enables the transition to a return-style fuel system, which is crucial for high-horsepower builds, forced induction, or conversions to E85 fuel. The kit includes billet aluminum fuel rails and -8 stainless steel braided fuel lines. These lines are constructed with a Teflon inner liner and are compatible with all fuels, including E-85 and oxygenated race fuels. Additionally, a return-style system circulates fuel back to the tank, aiding in fuel cooling and preventing vapor lock for consistent performance. To support the increased fuel flow demands of these systems, Racetronix strongly recommends mandatory wiring upgrades. This includes the Racetronix FPWH-008HD (Heavy Duty Hotwire Harness) and the IPH-008 (Intermediate Pump Harness) to prevent voltage drops and potential electrical hazards. Failure to use these harnesses will void the warranty. Furthermore, proper fitment of the dashboard fuel gauge requires selecting the correct fuel level sensor option based on the vehicle's model year. Note that this kit is intended for use with Racetronix 'R series' fuel pump modules; if you do not have one, this kit is required.
