The Chevrolet Performance 19435098 is a 6.2L LS3 crate engine. This engine offers 430 horsepower and is based on technology from the C6 Corvette engine family.

The GM LS3 6.2L is a Gen IV Small-Block V-8 crate engine, displacing 376 cubic inches (6.2L) and producing 430 horsepower with 425 lb-ft of torque. It is built with a cast-aluminum block (P/N 12623967) featuring 6-bolt, cross-bolted main caps, and a nodular iron crankshaft (P/N 12597569). The connecting rods (P/N 12649190) are made of powdered metal, and the pistons (P/N 19207287) are hypereutectic aluminum. The engine is equipped with a hydraulic roller camshaft (P/N 12623063), aluminum L92-style cylinder heads with 68cc chambers, and investment-cast, roller trunnion rocker arms. This crate engine is intended for pre-1976 street vehicles or any off-road vehicle and is not intended for marine applications. Installation requires an LS3 Controller Kit (P/N 19354328), which includes an electronic throttle pedal necessary for throttle input to the ECU. It also comes with a Chevy F-Body wet sump oil pan. Front-End Accessory Drive Kits are available separately. Important notes regarding usage and emissions: This product is not legal for street use on an emissions-controlled vehicle and may only be used on dedicated competition or pre-pollution-controlled vehicles. It is crucial to use the specified LS3 Controller Kit (P/N 19354328 or CH31333) for proper engine operation. Please be aware that shipping may involve truck freight and may incur additional charges.
