The Texas Speed LS3 Stage 2 Supercharged Camshaft is engineered for high-performance applications on boosted LS3, LSA, and L92 engines equipped with rectangular port cylinder heads. Developed using a Superflow 902 engine dyno, this camshaft is optimized for mid-range power starting from 2400 RPM and above. While specifically designed for forced induction setups, it also provides notable power increases on naturally aspirated stock LS3 engines, making it a versatile choice for builds planning future supercharger upgrades. This camshaft is intended for manual transmission vehicles or automatic transmission cars equipped with a 2500+ RPM stall converter. Proper operation requires a VVT/AFM delete kit if your specific engine configuration includes those systems. Because the factory LS3 utilizes a single-bolt camshaft design, installers may choose to reuse that configuration or convert to a traditional three-bolt design. If selecting the three-bolt conversion, a 4x upper timing gear, ARP camshaft bolt kit, and potentially an upgraded timing set are required to ensure correct camshaft position signals.
