LS3 Stage 3 V2 Cam

The BTR LS3 Stage 3 V2 Camshaft is a high-performance hydraulic roller camshaft designed for naturally aspirated Gen III/Gen IV LS engines. Developed and ground in-house using state-of-the-art BTR designed lobes, this camshaft offers an aggressive idle and excels in the mid-to-upper RPM range, providing a significant 70 horsepower gain at peak. It features an intake lobe lift at TDC of 0.06241 and a duration of 227/24X with a .636"/.636" lift and 111.5 LSA. This camshaft is designed to not require flycutting of pistons with OEM LS3 combustion chamber sizes, though piston-to-valve clearance should always be checked if heads are milled. An aftermarket stall converter is necessary to fully realize the camshaft's potential. BTR's new lobe designs have undergone Spintron and Engine Dyno testing to ensure optimal power delivery, valvetrain stability, and durability. It requires the use of BTR's .660" Lift Platinum spring kit and hardened pushrods.
