LS376/525 6.2L Crate Engine Assembly

The Chevrolet Performance LS376/525 is a 6.2L (376ci) deluxe crate engine assembly built for performance applications. It boasts 525 horsepower at 6200 RPM and 486 ft-lbs of torque at 5200 RPM. The engine features a hydraulic roller camshaft with 0.525" lift and 226°/236° duration at 0.050" lift on the intake/exhaust respectively, designed for a "bumpy" idle, superior throttle response, and great top-end power. Constructed with a cast aluminum block featuring 6-bolt, cross-bolted main caps and a 4.065" bore, this engine utilizes aluminum LS3 rectangular port heads with 68cc chambers and 2.165"/1.590" valves. The crankshaft is nodular iron with a 3.622" stroke. Important considerations for installation and operation include: the engine requires premium 93-octane fuel. The exhaust manifolds and flexplate are not included with this crate engine assembly. It uses the Chevrolet SS Oil Pan Assembly, and users should consult with the tech team for suggested alternative oil pans to fit their specific application. This engine is not intended for marine usage and is developed by GM specifically for Pre-1976 street vehicle engine swaps. A complete ECM/Wiring Harness Kit, programmed to match the camshaft, is available separately for proven drivability and performance.
