Description

The Delphi LS7 hydraulic roller lifters, identified by part number X12499225-16, offer a direct replacement or performance upgrade for V8 engines. These lifters are also compatible with SBC and LT1 applications that originally featured hydraulic roller lifters, as well as a wide range of Gen III, IV, and V GM V8 engine platforms. These lifters are 100% new GM/Delphi components, sold as a complete set of 16 and often include guide trays. For installation, it is recommended to clean the lifters to remove packing grease. The recommended preload upon installation is between .060" and .080". It is also advised to use new, factory-type lifter trays when installing new lifters. The product description notes that there is NO WARRANTY. These lifters are legal for sale and use in all 50 states, as they do not require an EO in California.
