LS7 Stage 3 V2 Hydraulic Roller Camshaft

The Brian Tooley Racing LS7 Stage 3 V2 camshaft is a high-performance upgrade for naturally aspirated LS7 engines. Developed in-house with proprietary BTR lobe designs, this V2 version surpasses previous Stage 3 camshafts in delivering increased power and torque throughout the engine's curve. Engine dyno and Spintron testing were utilized to optimize the power curve while upholding stringent valvetrain stability and durability standards. The camshaft specifications include a 237/25X intake/exhaust duration and .662"/.662" lift with a 114 LSA. It features a 3-bolt camshaft bolt pattern and operates as a hydraulic roller. Installation of this camshaft requires specific supporting components for optimal performance and reliability. It necessitates the use of BTR's .660" Lift Platinum spring kit with titanium retainers and hardened pushrods. Due to the LS7 rocker arms' longer pivot length and scroll, up to .660" lift can be accommodated without valve tip damage, with a recommended maximum open spring pressure of 430 lbs. For enhanced performance and longevity, using titanium intake valves is also recommended.
