Overview

The Chevrolet Performance LSA Crate Engine is a supercharged 6.2L V8 engine. It features an all-new LSA engine with a forged crank and a proper 8-bolt flexplate. This engine includes an OEM LSA supercharger with a ZL1 lid, an upgraded Eaton solid coupler, a GM 87mm LSA throttle body, and new factory 52#/hr flow-matched injectors. It also comes with LSA factory valve covers, ACDelco coil packs, LSA injector/coil harnesses, ACDelco red spark plug wires, and ACDelco spark plugs. A factory ZL1 oil pan is included, but no dipstick or tube.

The Chevrolet Performance LSA Crate Engine is a supercharged 6.2L V8 designed to deliver exceptional power. This package includes the all-new LSA engine, complete with a forged crankshaft and an 8-bolt flexplate. It is equipped with an OEM LSA supercharger featuring the ZL1 lid, which has been upgraded with an Eaton solid coupler for enhanced durability. The engine also incorporates a GM 87mm LSA throttle body and new, flow-matched 52#/hr factory injectors. Further components include LSA factory valve covers with ACDelco coil packs, LSA injector/coil harnesses, ACDelco red spark plug wires, ACDelco spark plugs, and a factory ZL1 oil pan. Please note that a dipstick and tube are not included with this engine. An ACDelco water pump and GM LSA balancer are also part of the package. Exhaust manifolds are not included. This LSA crate engine boasts impressive performance figures, with horsepower ratings typically between 556-580 hp and torque ratings between 551-556 ft-lbs. It is noted to have a 9.1:1 compression ratio. Optional upgrades such as different supercharger lids, AN intercooler manifold adapters, throttle body changes, injector upgrades for E85, oil pan swaps, aftermarket accessory drives, valve cover modifications, and wiring harness/ECU kits are available. Important Note: GM has discontinued the LSA long blocks and crate engines. While superchargers are still available, this specific crate engine is currently backordered and out of stock.
