LSA TVS2650 Supercharger

The Kong Performance LSA TVS2650 Supercharger is engineered to deliver significant performance gains for LS engines equipped with an LSA belt drive and LS3, LSA, or LS9 style cylinder heads. This supercharger features an advanced high twist, 4-lobe rotor design, with rotors that are 40% larger than those found in the LSA TVS 1900. This enhancement makes it the largest Eaton TVS rotor pack available on the market, optimizing efficiency and power output. Designed for straightforward integration, the Kong LSA TVS2650 maintains the same height as the factory supercharger, ensuring no hood clearance issues. It requires no other modifications for installation. The unit is compatible with LS style throttle bodies up to 112mm. Installation is further simplified by the machined-in O-ring to manifold style gaskets. It's important to note that specific Kong LSA 2650 pulleys are required and must be purchased separately; these are available via a direct link from the manufacturer. This supercharger does not include a lid or intercooler. However, it is precisely machined to accommodate any LSA or LS9 style lid. Testing indicates that there is no noticeable increase in Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) when compared to the original LSA supercharger, a crucial factor for maintaining engine performance and longevity. In a performance test featuring a 418ci LSA engine, the Kong LSA TVS2650 achieved a remarkable gain of approximately +140rwhp. The test vehicle baselined at 860rwhp with a ported factory LSA supercharger and a 2.55" upper pulley. After swapping to the Kong LSA 2650 with a 3.0" pulley, the output increased to 1003rwhp, demonstrating substantial power improvement even while operating the supercharger at a slower speed than the previous setup. Kong Performance offers a 1-year parts warranty on the 2650 supercharger; however, any disassembly or aftermarket porting will void this warranty.
