LSJ Cobalt 3" Cold Air Intake

The ZZP 3" LSJ Cobalt Cold Air Intake is a true full-length 3-inch aluminum intake tube engineered for enhanced performance in the 2005-2007 Chevrolet Cobalt SS with the 2.0L engine. Unlike shorter or multi-diameter pipes, this intake utilizes a consistent 3-inch diameter for optimal airflow. This system is designed to deliver noticeable power gains, typically ranging from 8-12 wheel horsepower, and will also increase intake sound. The kit includes a ZZP 3-inch powder-coated aluminum intake tube, a ZZP air filter (AF #2), a silicone coupler for the stock throttle body, and all necessary clamps and hardware for installation. Installation involves placing the air filter within the fenderwell. For supercharged base models (2.2L/2.4L), the windshield washer reservoir will need to be relocated, with switching to an LSJ reservoir being the simplest solution. ZZP recommends tweaking the PCM file to compensate for the change in MAF housing size and shape. Additionally, if you plan to use an LS4 throttle body, the LS4 45 Degree Coupler must be purchased separately.
