LSXR 102mm Intake Manifold

The FAST LSXR 102mm Intake Manifold is engineered to enhance performance for GM LS-based engines, specifically those with rectangular port heads like the LS7. Developed in collaboration with RHS®, this intake utilizes an advanced polymer construction that provides advantages over traditional aluminum manifolds, including reduced weight, superior strength, and better heat dissipation. Its modular, three-piece design allows for easy disassembly and the ability to port individual runners. This 102mm intake is optimized for the FAST™ Big Mouth 102mm Throttle Body but is also compatible with other stock or aftermarket throttle bodies. It integrates nitrous bungs for boosted applications and offers a precise bolt-on fit, ensuring compatibility with factory accessories and OEM fuel and emission connections without requiring modifications or causing clearance issues. The manifold's design is also focused on maintaining drivability and low-end torque while maximizing high-RPM power. Testing has demonstrated significant performance gains, with a near stock LS7 engine experiencing over 16 horsepower increase, and a 500 cubic inch LS-based engine achieving more than 26 rear wheel horsepower when paired with a FAST® 102mm Intake and Throttle Body.
