LT-16c Fuel and Ignition ECU

The MicroTech LT-16c stands as the brand's flagship ECU, engineered to deliver exceptional fuel and ignition control for demanding performance applications. It bridges the gap between competitor's high-end units and MicroTech's signature ease of installation and tuning, all at a competitive price point. Since its 2010 market debut, the LT-16c has consistently proven its mettle, contributing to numerous world records and championship wins across diverse high-horsepower and harsh racing conditions worldwide. Standard configuration includes 8 injector and 8 ignition outputs, supporting most engines up to 16 cylinders or 4 rotors. It is compatible with various factory ignition systems (multi-coil, distributor) and aftermarket options like CDI's and MSD. However, it is most frequently paired with the Microtech X6 igniter box for a powerful direct-fire ignition system. A key advancement is the addition of a CAN output, enabling direct connection to popular aftermarket dash loggers such as Racepak, PCS, and MoTec, transmitting data at 1 Mbit/second. The LT-16c is capable of sequential injection control for 4, 6, and 8-cylinder engines, as well as 2, 3, and 4-rotor Mazda rotary engines. It supports direct-fire ignition for engines up to 8 cylinders or 4 rotors, or wasted spark ignition for up to 16 cylinders. This ECU comes complete with the LT-16c unit, a fully labeled 6ft flying lead wiring loom, a wiring diagram, and a base program tailored to the engine. It supports low or high impedance injectors, with up to four high-impedance injectors per driver. Tuning can be accomplished via MAP, TPS, or a combination, with a 16x16 main matrix load site table and an RPM tuning range from 500 to 9000 RPM. Auxiliary inputs and outputs are available for features like shift lights, thermo fans, and idle motors. Diagnostics include fault code indication and self-test modes.
