LT 24x System with OPTISpark Signal Conversion

This system allows you to retain your stock LT era PCM (1992-1997), offering a modernized ignition solution without changing your engine management's core. It's designed as the simplest, most reliable, and high-performance method to upgrade your ignition. At its core, the LT-DIS utilizes modern hall effect crank and cam position sensors to accurately determine engine position. It generates precise LS-based 24x crank and 1x cam signals via a crank-mounted 24x reluctor and a 1x cam reluctor housed within the sensing unit that replaces the Optispark. The system then converts these signals in real-time to high and low resolution "OPTIspark" signals that your factory PCM interprets seamlessly. Following this, the LT-DIS receives ignition signals from the PCM and distributes them to individual coil packs in the correct firing order, providing enhanced ignition energy and reliability while eradicating the failure modes associated with the original Optispark design. Adding intelligence to the ignition, the LT-DIS features Bluetooth connectivity and a mobile app for continuous monitoring of system data, ignition parameters, and diagnostics. It also includes an integrated logic analyzer within the dash module, enabling the viewing and monitoring of important signals without the need for additional electronic tools. The system is compatible with all LT1, LT4, and L99 engines from 1992-1997, requiring no internal engine modifications and no tuning, as it utilizes the existing PCM and factory calibration. The electronics are fully sealed, making them water/chemical and vibration-resistant, and tested to over 10,000 RPM. It is also US EPA 49 State compliant and designed to not affect normal emissions functionality.
