Description

The Katech LT1 575HP Engine is a high-performance, custom-built engine designed for demanding applications. It starts with a new GM LT1 wet sump base engine, utilizing the OEM rotating assembly for reliability. Performance is enhanced with a Katech Torquer LT1 camshaft and expertly CNC ported LT1 cylinder heads. Further internal upgrades include a BTR dual valve spring kit, LS7 lifters, and Trend 3/8 .080 pushrods. It features an LT2 intake manifold, with AFM deleted and VVT locked out for maximum performance. ARP head bolts and a Katech 160-degree thermostat ensure robust operation under stress. The engine is finished with OEM GM damper and valve covers. This engine is a great solution for swaps and is built to order. Please contact sales for current lead times.
