The Frankenstein Engine Dynamics LT1-LT2 Porting Service (SET) is designed for racing engine applications, specializing in high-performance cylinder head porting. FED's advanced manufacturing processes are proven to generate the most efficient power, backed by over 100 years of combined team experience. The comprehensive FED's Porting Process includes teardown, cleaning, inspection, exclusive high-performance porting programs via 5-Axis CNC for intake, exhaust, and chambers (some chambers may not apply), pressure testing for leak detection, a precision Newen CNC valve job to ensure near-zero runout, PCD machining of all cylinder head sealing surfaces including ends for true surfaces, meticulous hand blending and deburring, PCD surfacing optimal for modern MLS head gaskets, and a final wash and assembly. Extreme attention to detail and quality control are maintained at every stage. This service includes a FED .700 Lift Dual Spring Kit with Ti Retainers and reuses stock valves. The program is compatible with L8T 6.6L heads, and the service is sold per set. Lead times may vary, and customers can either drop off their heads or ship them to FED.
