This unit features a high-grade steel hub with an interchangeable aluminum ring and front cover to facilitate easy installation without pinning or drilling.

The Metco Motorsports LT4 Supercharger Pulley is a precision-engineered 3-piece assembly that replaces the factory 2.50" steel supercharger pulley on 2016 and newer Cadillac CTS-V, 2016 and newer Camaro ZL1, and Corvette Z06 LT4 models. By utilizing a high-grade steel hub, an aluminum ring, and a front cover, the assembly provides a high-performance upgrade with a factory-like aesthetic, including the ability to reuse the original plastic pulley cap. Installation is streamlined through an interference fit on the supercharger shaft, requiring no pinning or drilling. The unit is CNC-lathed for perfect balance and zero runout, with a blueprinted SAE tooth pattern that maximizes belt engagement to minimize slip, noise, and dust. The pulley hub is nickel-plated, while the ring and cover are finished in a black-anodized coating for long-lasting surface protection. Important technical caveats apply: Proper PCM calibration is mandatory after installation. Additionally, this unit is incompatible with any LT4 pulley rings or hubs manufactured prior to the 9/2024 revision. The part is not legal for sale or use in the state of California.
