The MoTeC LTC is a Lambda to CAN module designed to monitor, control, and diagnose a Bosch LSU 4.9 Lambda sensor. It transmits Lambda readings and diagnostic information over a CAN bus. This module is ideal for applications where precise air-fuel ratio tuning is required.

The MoTeC LTC (Lambda To CAN) module is engineered to interface with a Bosch LSU 4.9 Lambda sensor, providing accurate Lambda measurement and transmitting this data along with diagnostics over a CAN bus. Its design ensures reliable performance, maintaining precise readings even during rapid exhaust gas temperature fluctuations. The unit can be calibrated by the user, utilizing either the sensor's factory calibration or a free air calibration. It comes pre-configured for single-unit installations but can be further adjusted if needed. When multiple LTC modules are deployed, they can be networked on a single CAN bus, enabling simultaneous monitoring of up to 32 Lambda sensors by an ECU or data logging device. This scalability makes it suitable for complex engine management systems requiring comprehensive exhaust gas analysis. The LTC module features compact dimensions of 38 x 26 x 14 mm and a weight of 62 grams, excluding wiring looms and connectors, making it unobtrusive in tight installations. It operates optimally within a maximum ambient temperature of 100 °C and includes a 4-pin male DTM connector for power and CAN communication. Compatibility is extensive, supporting various MoTeC ECUs including the M1 Series, M84, M400, M600, M800, and M880. It also integrates seamlessly with MoTeC Display/Loggers such as all C Series Display Loggers, ACL, and CDL3, as well as discontinued models like SDL, SDL3, ADL, ADL2, and ADL3.
