The ZZP LTG CTS Intercooler Kit is a bolt-on upgrade designed to replace the stock hot and cold side charge pipes and front mount air-to-air intercooler on your 2014+ Cadillac CTS 2.0L LTG. The kit includes the intercooler with brackets, heavy-duty silicone couplers, premium stainless T-bolt clamps, hot side charge pipe, cold side charge pipe, and all necessary hardware.

The ZZP LTG CTS Intercooler Kit is a comprehensive, bolt-on upgrade engineered for the 2.0L LTG engine found in 2014 and newer Cadillac CTS models. This kit replaces the factory hot and cold side charge pipes, along with the restrictive front-mount air-to-air intercooler. By relocating the intercooler to the front of the radiator and AC condenser, it benefits from a direct flow of fresh air, leading to cooler and more consistent charge temperatures, which translates to more consistent power output. The stock intercooler's location is suboptimal for performance, being sandwiched between other heat-exchanging components. The kit comes complete with the intercooler featuring integrated brackets, heavy-duty silicone replacement couplers, premium stainless steel T-bolt clamps, a hot side charge pipe, and a cold side charge pipe. All necessary hardware for proper connections is included. This intercooler kit retains the functionality of the stock bypass valve, as aftermarket blow-off valves have not demonstrated measurable gains in this application. The ZZP core dimensions measure 23 1/2" wide x 9 1/2" high x 4" thick, compared to the stock core's 21 5/8" x 16" x 1 1/4" dimensions (end tanks not included in measurements).
