LTG Race Head Stud Kit

The ZZP LTG Race Head Stud Kit is a specialized performance component engineered to enhance the durability and reliability of the 2.0L LTG engine, particularly in high-horsepower applications. Designed to address issues of head lift that can occur above 500whp, these race head studs feature a significantly larger center shank measuring 10.90mm, compared to the original ZZP head stud's 10.24mm. This enhanced design minimizes stud stretch, ensuring greater structural integrity and longevity for the engine under demanding conditions. This custom kit is exclusively manufactured for ZZPerformance and is tailored to fit the 2.0L LTG engine. It is commonly found in vehicles such as the Cadillac ATS, Chevrolet Camaro, Cadillac CTS, Buick Regal, and Chevrolet Malibu. The kit requires a specific installation procedure involving a three-pass torque sequence: 1st pass: 25 ft/lbs 2nd pass: 50 ft/lbs 3rd pass: 90 ft/lbs A detailed torque sequence is also provided to ensure proper and even clamping force across the cylinder head.
