LTG Turbo PCM Tune

The ZZP LTG Regal/Malibu Turbo PCM Tune is a performance upgrade for the 2014+ Buick Regal and Chevy Malibu equipped with the 2.0 liter turbo engine. The tune optimizes key engine parameters for improved response and power. This includes refining variable valve timing, increasing the fuel cutoff RPM limit, and adjusting power enrichment tables for a more consistent air-fuel ratio. Spark timing is optimized for premium fuel, while driver demand and torque tables are recalibrated for greater performance. Turbocharger settings are modified to increase boost, and fuel injection timing is adjusted for higher airloads, with fuel pressure raised at high loads. Beyond power gains, the PCM tune also addresses engine temperature management. Coolant thermostat settings are adjusted for cooler engine operation, and fan settings are lowered to maintain optimal temperatures. The product is advertised to deliver a 40HP gain over the stock file when running on premium fuel. The system can also enable active Flex Fuel capability when paired with ZZP's E85 Flex Fuel Conversion Kit, though the stock fuel system is limited to approximately E47.
