The LuK DMF105 is a dual mass series clutch flywheel engineered to provide an OE-direct replacement for compatible Acura TL (2007-2008) and Honda Accord (2008-2017) models. Constructed from durable steel, this unit features a 24 cm (9.449 inch) outer diameter and a 15.5 cm (6.102 inch) inner diameter. It is built to exact specifications, including a cup depth/step height of -0.307 cm (-7.8 mm) and a 126-tooth ring gear, ensuring it meets OEM standards for dimensional accuracy and fitment. Installation requires that the flywheel surface be kept clean and free of debris. When installing, all mounting bolts must be torqued to manufacturer specifications to prevent warping. It is essential to verify that the flywheel cup depth and inner diameter are compatible with your specific clutch assembly requirements. Additionally, installers should inspect the starter motor gear for signs of wear to guarantee proper mesh with the 126-tooth flywheel.
