The MADNESS Autoworks Lusso Performance Exhaust System is a cat-back exhaust designed for the turbocharged FIAT 500. It features a 2.5" open flow-through design with smoother bends for improved exhaust flow and performance, and includes a custom resonator for a polished, refined sound. The system is constructed from T304 Stainless Steel and utilizes TIG welding and mandrel bending for durability and optimal flow.

Unleash the full potential of your turbocharged FIAT 500 with the Lusso Performance Exhaust System from MADNESS Autoworks. The Lusso system features a complete multi-piece cat-back setup with an equal pipe split for balanced exhaust gas distribution and sound. Its 2.5" open flow-through design and smoother bends compared to the stock setup ensure superior exhaust flow and improved performance. Crafted from high-grade T304 Stainless Steel and precision TIG welded, this exhaust system is built for durability and longevity. The mandrel-bent tubing maintains the integrity of the pipe's shape, promoting optimal exhaust flow and enhanced engine performance. This exhaust system is a direct replacement for the stock exhaust on all FIAT 500 ABARTH models and non-ABARTH Pop and Lounge models from 2018 onward featuring the 1.4L Turbo Multi Air Engines. If your FIAT 500 has a single-exit non-ABARTH rear diffuser, you may need to trim the existing diffuser or upgrade to an ABARTH version with dual openings; a diffuser upgrade is available as an option at checkout. Personalize your exhaust system by selecting from a variety of custom exhaust tips, including Carbon Fiber (w/ Black, w/ Blue, Forged) and Polished Stainless Steel options, available at checkout. The design also allows for adjustment of how much the exhaust tips peek out from the rear diffuser, offering a unique, tailored look.
