Overview

The LeoVince LV-10 is a slip-on muffler designed for select Kawasaki models. It is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel and features a matte outer sleeve finish with a shot-blasted end cap. The muffler includes a laser-etched LV logo and a laser-cut bracket for a clean appearance.

Developed in collaboration with Moto2 and Moto3 teams, it offers extremely compact dimensions for maximum lightness and performance. This exhaust system is specifically designed for the Kawasaki Z 400 models from 2022-2023, with a fitment notice also indicating compatibility with model years 2019-2023 for AUS and US markets. It results in a significant weight reduction of -2.88 kg compared to the OEM system, weighing in at just 1.23 kg. This product is strictly for closed-circuit competition use and is not approved for road use. It is essential to check compatibility with the Type indicated on your Vehicle Identification Card before ordering. The LV-10 slip-on delivers a deep and strong sound, producing 102.50 dB(A) at 5000 rpm with the dB-killer installed, and 104.00 dB(A) at 5000 rpm without it. LeoVince provides a comprehensive kit that includes the muffler, pipe, hardware, LeoVince card, and stickers. Documents such as the user manual, warranty information, safety warnings, technical drawings, spare parts lists, and a dyno chart are available for download. While the installation is generally simple, some users have reported needing to file down edges of the dB-killer for a proper fit and that it requires some elbow grease to install.
